Happy Friday! I wanted to share my new favorite paleo recipe with you! I have tried many paleo versions of my favorite foods and have struggled to find anything that really lives up to the original, something that makes me want to eat the paleo instead and be happy about it. But these muffins, guys I’m telling ya, they’re killer. I would happily eat these over carb filled muffins any day all day all the time. I randomly stumbled upon this recipe on the food blog Gimme Delicious. The only thing I adjusted was adding chopped walnuts instead of chocolate chips and I even tried another version using pumpkin puree instead of banana and it was still as delicious! I highly encourage you guys to try these out and add your own spin on the recipe and share them with me!
