cookie dough bites


Happy hump day everyone! I wanted to share with you these yummy cookie dough balls of goodness. The perfect pick me up for breakfast, snack, or dessert! Super simple and quite healthy. Give them a try and let me know what you think! Share your thoughts and photos!


Cookie Dough Bites

  • 1 cup ground oat flour
  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • dash of salt
  • dash of vanilla
  • 2 Tbs coconut oil

Ground up your cup of oats in the food processor. Once ground to a texture of your liking, add the rest of the ingredients and blend together until it forms a ball. If it still seems a little dry, add more coconut oil until you achieve the consistency you want. Then add whatever additions you would like! Chocolate chips, craisins, nuts, coconut shreds! And wala! Time to enjoy these little balls of yummy!
