easy pizza dinner


Sometimes its so nice to have an easy dinner planned and ready for those crazy busy days when you get home and don’t feel like slaving in the kitchen. This is one that I frequently prep for when I am meal planning for the week. I like to use P28 high protein wraps or stonefire naan for the base. I get both of these at Wegmans but you can order the P28 wraps online as well. P28 also has delicious bagels and other yummy foods! For this one I ended up using the stonefire naan because it’s what I had at the house. Either works great and tastes delicious. I topped it off with some red onions, salami, goat cheese, mozzarella, and balsamic glaze. It was delicious! On the side I made a simple arugula salad with lemon, olive oil, salt and pepper. A super simple yet fantastic dinner, good for any night of the week when you need something quick! Try it out and share your creations with me! I’d love to see some more good topping combos!
