I have had my Breville juicer sitting in my kitchen cabinet for over a year now. This past weekend I finally pulled it out, dusted it off, and put it to work! To be honest, it was all improv. I just threw a few strawberries, half a grapefruit, and a handful of carrots in and came out with this amazing creation. It was refreshing and delicious, a good balance of sweet and sour and the perfect addition to my 2 ingredient pancakes PB&J style. Juicing is a great way to increase your veggie intake in a delicious new way. It was the perfect fuel to get some work done on a productive Saturday morning, I can’t wait to try other combinations!
